Pay once to create your website, then one small management fee that covers everything, hosting, updates, security, and your domain. Nothing is due to start: sign up, see your preview, and the build fee applies only if you approve it.

We will apply your existing logo, colours, and brand materials to your website. New logo or brand-identity design is not included. Do not have established branding yet? We can create a clean, simple visual presentation using your business name and preferred colours. Full logo and brand-identity design require a separate quote.

Nothing is due today. Tell us about your business, we send you a preview within four business days, and the $1,200 build fee falls due only if you approve it. If what you need turns out to be larger than the package above, we will tell you the price before any work starts, and you are free to walk away.

Management ($348/year, Billed annually) starts when your site goes live and renews annually until cancelled.

Need an online store, booking system, frequently updated information, customer accounts, or custom functionality? Contact us for a custom quote.

What the management subscription includes

  • Website hosting
  • Technical website maintenance
  • Basic security maintenance
  • Contact-form operation
  • DNS configuration
  • Registration or management of one standard domain, when required
  • Basic monitoring
  • Reasonable minor content corrections (see Terms for limits)
  • Continued operation of the website while the subscription is active

The price includes the ordinary cost of one standard domain when a domain is needed, and you remain the beneficial owner of your domain. Premium, aftermarket, unusually expensive, or multiple domains are not included; any unusual domain cost is disclosed and approved by you first. If you already own a domain, we will help coordinate the access or settings needed once your build is underway. If you need a domain, registration and setup of one standard domain are included. Domain details are collected once you have approved your preview.

The fine print, in plain language

  • You always stay the beneficial owner of your domain. We manage it for you.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. To cancel future renewals, email hello@archivenorth.ca.
  • Subscription prices may change for future billing periods, with at least 30 days' written notice (or longer where required by law). A paid annual term is never changed mid-term.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
  • These packages are designed for businesses that need a professional online presence without the complexity of a custom web application.

After you sign up, we will contact you by email or phone, whichever you prefer, to learn about your business, your ideas, and the style you want.

Your first website preview will be ready to look at within 4 business days, provided we can reach you and receive the minimum information needed to prepare it. This promise covers the initial preview, not the completed and launched website. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
