No payment today We do not ask for a card. Payment is due when you approve your preview, and not before.
A preview within four business days You get something real to react to, which is far easier than describing a website from a blank page.
A person looks it over first Every preview is checked by someone here before it reaches you. Nothing goes out unseen.
Nothing is public until you say so Your preview is not on your own web address and it is not in Google. Nobody sees it unless you send them the link.

$1,200 to build it, then $348/year to look after it (or $30/month).

Describe what you want, in your own words There is no wrong answer and no minimum length. A rough few sentences beat a polished paragraph that never gets written, and we will tidy the wording later.

The small print, in full

Your first website preview will be ready to look at within 4 business days, provided we can reach you and receive the minimum information needed to prepare it. This promise covers the initial preview, not the completed and launched website. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Signing up costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If the preview is not right for you, say so and we will part on good terms. If you approve it, the one-time build fee of $1,200 becomes due and we invoice you then.

The $1,200 price covers a website of the size described above. If what you describe is substantially larger or more complicated, an online store, a booking system, client accounts, or many more pages, the price will be higher. We will tell you what it would cost before any work begins, and you are free to say no at that point and owe nothing.
